Choosing which agent to use in a semi-rural location can be difficult

One property just like this was in a place that could’ve been covered by estate agents in either Hale/Altrincham, Knutsford or Lymm. It’d already been on the market with five different estate agents by the time we were instructed to sell.

Quite simply, because the property fell between different locations, the agents hadn’t benchmarked it accurately and it had been on the market for the wrong price.

The instruction finally came to us. Using careful price comparison benchmarks, we made sure the asking price was at the correct level. As we always do, we also made certain we were reaching the right market for the property.

35 viewings and 11 offers later, the property was sold. Five other agents had tried, and failed to do what we achieved!
