After having a difficult experience with another Manchester based estate agent, we were delighted to list our home with Watersons. Danielle gave us clear, sound and trustworthy advice on the value of our home and Demi supported us completely through the sales process and made it as stress free as possible. We were lucky that we also bought our next home through Watersons also, which meant Demi managed the entire contractual chain. We had a couple of hiccups along the way with surveyors and a long wait, as the sellers of our new home were buying a business which took longer than a standard domestic purchase - Demi guided us through each step along the way and explained all aspects clearly, often calming my nerves along the way! I want to express that I highly recommend Watersons Sale Office by 200%. This is truly the best and most heartwarming agency I have encountered in the past few years, especially Branch Manager Helen. Due to the complexity of my house purchase situation, it caused some delays in the expected completion date. Although I am not their direct client, but rather the Seller, Helen provided me with a lot of help throughout the entire buying process. She made the communication between me and the seller extremely smooth and fast. Especially before the completion, I had to leave the UK for a month, but during this month, Helen kept me updated with the seller and the up chain constantly, allowing me to successfully complete my purchase on time before the mortgage deadline. Her help during this period is truly indescribable and greatly appreciated. This is truly the best Housing Agent I have encountered in the past few years.
