TEAM HALE

  • Peter R Waterson MNAEA MARLA

    Principal

    Born and raised in Hale, Peter opened the doors of the first Watersons office in May 2001 and there are now three offices to date. With a career spanning 30 years and having conducted over 15,000 property market appraisals Peter has built an impressive reputation amongst his peers.

    Peter is dynamic, proactive and a perfectionist, continuing to adapt his business model and the service Watersons can offer their clients. Overseeing all aspects of his business, Peter is dedicated and makes himself available to sellers and buyers throughout the whole sales process and his primary objective is for all parties to have a positive experience.

    Outside of the office Peter is a serious middle distance runner and a member at Altrincham Athletics Club with an impressive personal best of 40.05 minutes for 10 km. A future goal is to compete in his first marathon.

  • Danielle Molloy FNAEA

    Director

    Director at our Hale Office, Danielle joined Watersons in 2004 and completed her estate agency exams to become a highly regarded Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

    A consummate professional with an in depth property knowledge, Danielle is known for her honest and frank advice enabling her clients to achieve excellent prices and superb feedback.

    Danielle is a keen skier, loves reading and enjoys hiking in the Lake District.

  • Catherine Burke

    Sales Manager

    Catherine started her career in 2010 and became a firm favourite with colleagues and clients alike. Catherine goes above and beyond, focusing on the needs of her clients and is committed to keeping her sellers and buyers updated at all times. A fan of the great outdoors and is a self-confessed keep fit enthusiast.

  • Kirstie Brennan

    Senior Sales Negotiator

    Kirstie joined Watersons in 2011 and is now a talented Senior Sales Negotiator. Organised and efficient, Kirstie embraces the sales process to ensure a stress and hassle free experience for her clients and has an excellent knowledge of the local area. Kirstie supports Manchester City and her pro boxer brother.

  • Joel Longworth

    Senior Sales Negotiator

    Joel joined in 2015 after obtaining his degree in Property Management and Investment and a NVQ in Residential Property. Joel is calm, collected and charming in equal measures, ensuring his sales run smoothly to the best of his ability. A keen gym goer, Manchester United season ticket holder and a gin collection to be rivalled.

  • Barbara Manoli

    Senior Sales Negotiator

    Barbara joined the team in 2018 with her vast experience in estate agency after 15 years in the business. Well organised, Barbara is passionate when it comes to property and her people skills and empathy are high on her list of attributes. Barbara enjoys a busy social life and is always good for a restaurant recommendation.

  • Natalie Maskrey

    Administration and Operations Management

    Natalie joined Watersons in 2012 with a human resource background and a wide range of organisational skills. Conscientious and enthusiastic, Natalie is a natural people's person with her bubbly personality and can always be depended on in every situation. Natalie loves holidays and has travelled the world meaning it is hard to find a place she hasn't visited.

  • Grace O'Shea

    Sales Administration

    Grace joined the team in 2014 and is a great team player being organised and committed to delivering high customer service, Grace always goes the extra mile. Her warm personality and determination means she is well received within branch and by her clients. Grace is proud of her Irish heritage and embraces all things Irish related.

  • Madeline Kennedy

    Viewing Representative

    Madeline joined Watersons in 2013 and is a dedicated and reliable member of the team, assisting us both in the office and on viewing appointments. Immensely likeable, Madeline is creative and inspires clients with her stylish tips. Madeline has travelled the world and is always good for a 5 star recommendation.

  • Gayle Barrow

    Viewing Representative

    Gayle joined Watersons in 2015 and is our super hardworking full time viewing representative. Gayle is wonderful at listening to the needs of the people she meets and her aim is to find them a property which matches their needs. With impeccable taste, Gayle is our in house shopper and organises the BEST presents.

  • Roy Parker

    Viewing Representative

    Roy joined the team in 2018 after a previous career as a corporate Surveyor. Roy is super organised and extremely knowledgeable and reassuringly brings people and property together through a high level of customer service. In his spare time, Roy is a first class golfer and also enjoys mediation & yoga.

    Viewing Representative

    Julie joined us in 2018 and her personable character has made her popular with buyers and sellers alike. Proactive, positive and cheerful, Julie loves to marry properties and people and help them find their perfect match. When not in work Julie can be found spending time in her holiday home in Ten

  • Henry Croker

    Weekend Sales Assistant

    Henry joined us in 2018 and is the first person to greet clients with a smile and a warm welcome as they walk through the door at the weekends. Efficient, polite and friendly, Henry manages our viewing diaries. Henry is an architect and is studying full time to complete his studies.

  • Daniel Cash

    Director

    Director at our Sale Office, Daniel joined Watersons in 2001 and brings over 23 years of experience in the local property market. He brings extensive in depth property knowledge, Daniel is known for his calm and logical thinking to ensure both himself and his team can achieve excellent results for their customers. Daniel loves his football and boxing, being a keen Man Utd fan, and has also been a volunteer football youth coach at local team Timperley FC for 10 years

  • Jonathan Holmes

    Branch Manager/Valuer

    Jonathan started his career in 2010 and brings a wealth of knowledge and incredible work ethic to the team. Jonathan is a determined and extremely professional character who will go above and beyond to ensure that the needs of our customers are dealt with in the most comprehensive way possible. Jonathan is a keen sports fan and enjoys his football, boxing and golf.

  • Helen McGrogan

    Sales Manager

    Helen has a huge 27 year experience in the industry and brought her incredible amount of experience to the Watersons Team in 2015. Showing some of the most outstanding caring and attentive characteristics needed in this job, all of our customers warm to her and look to Helen for information and guidance which she delivers every time! For some she is very much like 'Mrs Sale'! Helen loves the outdoors, holidays especially, or a just a stroll with her family followed by exploring many interesting independent restaurants locally

  • Sophie Bloor

    Sales Negotiator

    Sophie has become a real asset to the Watersons team since joining in 2016, becoming a popular addition with all of our customers, just look at the reviews we get! Showing great organisation, thorough communication and a friendly voice at then end of the phone to ensure all the needs of our customers are met. Holidays and restaurants are certainly high upon Sophies list of interests, what more would you need than sunshine and great food!

    Administrator

    Amy has been with us since 2012, growing into the role of the ever important back up team taking command of all our administration. Showing great kindness with all she does, she is a conscientious member of the team and is very much a friendly face that many of our customers have got to know. Amy loves socialising with he friends, is a massive music lover and has probably lost count of the number of live concerts she has been to. Fashion is her other passion and probably has the biggest coat and hat collection anyone has ever seen!

    Isobel joined us in 2019 to bring yet another friendly face and helpful characteristics to the ever growing team at the Sale Office. Outside of work she is very creative, being into design and graphics something she studied at University for.

    Malcolm has been a valuable member of the team with over 7 years experience conducting viewings on literally hundreds of properties for us. Malcolm is a longstanding Sale resident, knowing the area incredibly well he is the perfect character to help and advise whenever a buyer needs assistance. Malcolm has a passion for great food, music and cars!

    Senior Lettings Consultant

    Bringing dedication and determination to the team ever since he joined the company in 2012 Theo has become a real asset to our lettings operation. Theo ensures we provide the highest level of service to both our landlords and tenants, making clear and concise communication his number one priority. Out of work Theo is a family man having recently started a family, loves his football especially Man City and is partial to a good crime story!

  • Simon Roclawski MARLA

    Senior Lettings Consultant

    All good Estate Agents need friendly, positive and knowledgeable staff and that is what Simon certainly brought when he joined us in 2013. Simon has plenty of experience in the industry and those skills and put into action every day providing a fantastic service to all our landlords and tenants. Simon loves his holidays and is always looking for a new destination to try! He is also a bit of a whiskey connoisseur!

    Nick has become an integral part of our lettings business since he joined us in 2017. A very popular character with our customers he strives to achieve the very best he can for our landlords. A very determined staff member who loves a challenge and is happy to get involved in all aspects of the lettings business. When not in work Nick enjoys socialising, loves going to the gym and also may have a fear of spiders!

    Property Management

    Nigel brought with him when he joined in 2016 a huge amount of experience in the both the lettings industry and the dynamics of running a business. Nigel is the perfect character for his very important role within our company, extremely thorough, meticulous and thoughtful in all that he does. Outside of work Nigel is very much a family man, has a passion for motor bikes and is a Scout Leader!

    Diane brought with her when she joined the team in 2014 an incredible 30 years experience in the industry and has a well rounded knowledge base of all aspects of the lettings market. Diane is confident and determined to find a solution to any problems we might encounter and we know all our landlords and tenants are grateful for her advice and expertise. When Diane isn't busy looking after our properties she loves relaxing in her rural home where she can enjoy going for walks with her dogs. She also might be partial to a G+T!!
